We create the
Typeface
Fontspell is a type design studio working across Malayalam, English, Tamil and Arabic — building bespoke typefaces, brand type systems and lettering for agencies and brands who need their identity said in more than one language.
A studio of type designers, embedded in your brand process.
What began as a small creative spark has grown into a leading force in custom type design. Our team of multidisciplinary designers crafts high-quality typography, calligraphy and lettering — from a Malayalam style rooted in cultural heritage to a minimalist typeface built for modern screens.
We work the way an agency does: briefing, drafting, testing in context, refining — until the type feels inevitable for your brand, not borrowed from someone else's.
